"Twelve years of excellent care and support"

I've been cared for by this department for twelve years.

They have given both support and care without fail throughout these years and I have no doubt whatsoever it will continue.

I suffer from autoimmune diseases one of which requires constant monitoring.

From day one my condition was explained and huge support was provided to make sure I not only come to terms with what was necessary, the monitoring but also diet changes etc.

It's about time I said thanks to this department and especially the Anticoagulation team.

I also would like to thank the hospital for the new system of booking blood tests.

I do understand that some people only have the need for blood tests when illness strikes but for long-term patients it means less of a queue and therefore less stressful.

Orsett Hospital has an excellent team who have over the last year kept those tests on time and reduced waiting time for those of us who need full blood testing regularly.

The nurses are always polite and efficient.
