"The Spire - Bristol , Admin review ."

On the 23rd of Sept I submitted a review which un-reservedly praised the medical staff for their brilliance , but castigated the administration and costing information as being less than acceptable, well I have some really good news .

Having read my review a series of discussions , exchange of information , and some thorough re - checking of there records resulted in an apology coupled to an agreed refund which I duly accepted .

I am also reliably informed that in 2018 The Spire pricing - information procedures are to be clearly set out so no future patients can be misled as to the cost of their proposed procedure - this is very good news - clarity of both medical and financial information is an absolute must for patient comfort .

Finally I must praise the admin staff and management for acting in a prompt and respectful manner - future patients should be content in the knowledge that all their issues will be dealt with by an understanding private healthcare provider who will and do listen to their patients - well done The Spire Bristol.
