"Appalling management"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Urology

While the doctors and nurses have been quite lovely, the general impression is that there's little care for patient concerns or dignity. It's very hard to get through to anyone and then they're visibly annoyed if you don't have a patient number to hand or understand internal admin processes. I dread to think what it's like for non-English speakers.
