About: Princess Of Wales Hospital

What I liked

call the 'phone number on the NHS website for this hospital and you are asked 'which hospital?'

very clever!

What could be improved

advertise the 'phone numbers to avoid two telephone transfers before you get Welney WardWebsiteTelephone

Thank you for your comments and we apologise for any frustration caused when contacting the switchboard. It may be helpful to explain that the switchboard based at the Princess of Wales Hospital covers a number of NHS facilities across Cambridgeshire and, out of hours, Norfolk; hence why the question relating to ‘which hospital’ the caller is trying to contact. We are currently in the process of updating our website pages and will include direct dial telephone numbers. In the meantime, the following provides a few of the larger departments direct dial numbers:

Welney Ward: 01353 652194

Outpatient clinics: 01353 652016 or 01353 652015

Physiotherapy clinics: 01353 652046

Xray Department: 01353 652075

Minor Injury Unit: 01353 656675
