It may be helpful to explain that the switchboard based at the Princess of Wales Hospital covers a number of NHS facilities across Cambridgeshire and, out of hours, Norfolk; hence why the question relating to ‘which hospital’ the caller is trying to contact. We are currently in the process of updating our website pages and will include direct dial telephone numbers.
