"There is always plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits."

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Medicine

(as a service user),

I attend the Day Medicine Unit every 6 weeks for an infusion. Despite often being exceptionally busy the care is always friendly, efficient and patient centred.

They have many " regular " customers and it's lovely to be recognised, the team effort is fantastic from the Nurses, Nursing auxiliaries, receptionists, domestics and volunteers. There is always plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits!

It's so important for good care to be recognised and thanks given.

Dear Keyes

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch, please accept my apologies for not responding to you sooner.

It is lovely to hear that you are well looked after by our staff, it must be reassuring when you come to hospital regularly having staff that know you and recognise you when you come in.

I have shared your feedback with the staff who pass on their thanks and best wishes.

Thanks again.

Pauline
