When i first become a patient i was happy with the rare occasions i had to use them.
However over last year when needed them for serious health reasons the service has been absolutely disgusting! Receptionist who have no medical qualifications trilage problems IF and this is a big IF you actually get through on phone lines.
If you attend you are ignore. 5 minutes late due to traffic accident so not able to see dr.
Never mind that most times running at least 40 minutes late.
I felt really sad one day told dr about pain booked appointment then said feel sad told book another appointment as only 1 complaint per appointment!
"Accepting new patients why when cant cope already?"
