What I liked

I attended the Catheter Lab at St Mary's Hospital Paddington in January 2011 to have an ablation treatment. The staff in both the ward and the catheter lab were helpful, courteous and professional throughout the day I spent there.

I would like to thank all the staff involved.

What could be improved

Communication with the department pre-procedure could be improved. It was difficult to get through to the ward to confirm my appointment. it was only a week before my appointment that I managed to speak to an individual and not an answerphone.AppointmentsCommunicationCourteous
