"Substance misuse treatment services"

About: Inclusion Cambridge

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I find the quarterly review is repetitive and may not be necessary for all patients.  Coffee machine for reception for clients.

Hi

Thanks for your comment.

We are required to collect information which is then used for national statistics. This can be really useful because it does tell us how areas and services are performing and how good they are at supporting service users. The other part of the reviews is to ensure that everyone is on track with what they agreed to do - keeping to the plan! Without a clear plan we sometimes lose sight where we are heading. Hope this helps!

Coffee machines - we do provide tea/coffee in groups free of charge!

Thanks

Paul
