A1. The reception staff, telephone staff , sisters nurses cleaners, kitchen staff and all who care for you before, during, and after are exceptional. Not to forget the Physio who is on the Ball. You need an operation, have no fear here as I had a hip replacement and 8 weeks later perfect healing , wonderful scar and walking with no problems , no crutches now and no walking sticks.
