"Worse experience in my life"

Well...yesterday at 9 o'clock I've been to Hereford Hospital,emergency department as i had both underarms very swallowed and extremely painfull.Waited one hour untill recived to be said that they cannot do anything as it doesn't affects my well-being and that this is a job for my GP.Ok,my GP managed to recive me one hour an a half later,made the papers for hospital as this was a surgery matter.The GP tried several times to catch them on the phone with no success,in the end managed to speak with the emergency surgeons team and then sended me back to the hospital.There I waited another hour to be recived and the Nurse saw that I was crying for the pain so they gaved me 2 painkillers which helped a lot while waiting to be recived by the doctors.They gaved me a bed,took blood to do investigations,gaved me anti sickness and morphine for my pain.Staff very helpful and nice.Fallen asleep for 3 hours.After my awaken  the doctor asked me if i would be happy to come back in the morning at 8 o'clock to do what we were supposed to do.As one of my abscess had popped meanwhile and the morphine had made effect,I agreed.Next day at 8 o'clock as requested,I presented myself at Daily case department where they prepared me for the operation,done my papers,gaved me painkillers and left me to wait in a comfy chair.Staff very nice and helpful they camed several times to ask me if i feel ok.As i new they have emergencies i waited with no problems.At 12 o'clock the anaesthesist came to ask me several questions and told me that they will try to get to me in the afternoon as they are really busy. They asked thw staff to bring me some water as my last meal and drink was at 22.00 previous day.I waited untill 15.40 in the meanwhile nobody camed to me anymore besides one carer to offer me a bed if i needed.As i had pains again,I was feeling weak,hungry and thirsty and had a powerful headaches ,I told a carer that i give up and im going home.They asked me to wait just a minute as they have gone to tell the nurse what I said.I saw the nurse going to the surgeons team,I waited another 15 minutes and nobody camed to tell me nothing so I just dressed myself and left.
