About: Salisbury District Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

This hospital is dreadful. I wouldn't bother if I were you. Staff & Management do not respond to issues, especially the central bookings team, there is clearly a need for more staff! Answer phone messages are never dealt with especially Cardiology and Gastroenterology, there is clearly a need for more secretaries in answering the telephone! Appointments get changed without any notice. I have been to that hospital 6 time for an ENT appointment only to be told my appointment had been cancelled by me! so why am I here if I cancelled the appointment. At a great expense all day parking charges are £6.40, which I didn't get reimbursed, which doesn't bother me I just wish someone had telephoned me to say they had changed the appointment. ENT are really bad at changing your appointment without telling you!!
