"Outstanding service"

I have been a hearing aid user for 2 years. I paid £1200 for private consultation believing I would get a better service. I’ve never been totally happy with the aids, they were better than nothing is all I can say. In November I had the good fortune of being referred to the James Paget audiology department. The care and attention that I received was exceptional, each step explained and all concerns that I raised were dealt with in a professional but plain language that I could understand. The aids were carefully tuned and set to match my hearing requirements and have made such a difference to my life all thanks to the diligent care and attention of the audiologist at the James Paget.
