Due to sun damage, my right ear had developed skin cancer. I was seen by a surgeon within 2 weeks and treated another 2 weeks later. I was fully informed and reassured before surgery. Both nursing and surgical staff were kind and supportive during the excision and skin graft.
Post surgery care was equally kind and supportive and the skin graft was entirely successful. I was very relieved and satisfied to hear that the cancer had been completely removed.
The staff in the Plastics department and the Treatment Centre did their work with both skill and supportive care.
