The latest appointment systems is going down the drain. Hospital reputation will be damaged. More and more patients are suffering as it's not controlled with new call centre. Appointments are cancelled not rebooked.
My case suffered 3 months set back.
Our orthodontic treatment has been going on for past 6years. We are on final stage to arrange an operation but now all appointment needs to be re done so don't know when it will fall in place. Our case is with Orthodontist and Oral Maxillo-Facial. In past 6 yrs we never had any problems but now new appointment systems is not patients friendly as you can't get it over the phone you need to come to hospital? Phone lines have waiting time of 35mins to 50mins and then also it's not confirmed.
