What I liked

Sorry I cannot think of anything good.

What could be improved

The very unhelpful staff. After waiting an age for an appointment they booked it on a day that I was already seeing a different Consultant. Its the same computer booking system and I had already told them of other appointment dates.

So are all the appointments staff totally stupid or is it they just can't be bothered to check?

Or more likely if I change an appointment date then Lymington are not listed as the cause of the delay!!

Anything else?

Disappointed that I can't think of anything good to say about the staff or the Hospital.AppointmentsComputer systemsConsultants
