"My Mum's Care"

My mum took suddenly unwell and had to be admitted as an emergency to the Western Isle hospital. for the time of admission, the nursing care was exceptional , they kept us fully informed of her treatment , the medical staff were attentive and again kept us informed of all interventional  treatment they were planning.   Communication is at the heart of good patient care and as a family we felt completely informed and part of my mothers treatment plan and the nursing care was exceptional.

Behind the scenes  Imaging staff we were aware that there were other  key members of staff i.e diagnostics and imaging and although we did not see them I would like to thank them for the major part they played in the treatment of my mother.
