"Dental/maxi facial"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Dental

(as a service user),

I had a surgical extraction in the Queen margret hospital this was the second time I had the operation the first was in the teaching hospital nine wells in dundee.

They failed to remove all of the inbedded tooth from my jaw and had to go through the operation in the Queen margret hospital in dunfermline under Mr lyall and his team.

Mr lyall explained every bit of the operation and all steps. The surgeon who performed procedure also explained brilliantly what he was going to do. He also came to see me after my operation to tell me everything went well. I cannot praise the treatment I had highly enough and all the nursing staff who took care of me when I was in the oral /maxillofacial  surgery department.

Dear Just another patient

Thank You for taking the time to post a feedback comment about your recent visit to the day surgery unit, I'm very pleased to see that your procedure was well explained and that everything went well for you on this occasion.

I will pass your comments on to Mr Lyall and the nursing staff that looked after you.

I hope you don't encounter any further issues with your treatment and that everything is now resolved for you.

Wishing you well in your recovery

Nola
