My baby fractured her nose from a fall. After being given an emergency appt 1 week after the fall for assessment of the possible fracture we arrived promptly 45 min before the appt as i hadnt had any lunch. Leaving off work and driving 45 minutes to the hospital i was ready for a car park problem as its awful to say the least. I spent 45 minutes looking for a car park spot in front and in back. I called to tell them i would have to re arrange my appt. Because at this time even if i found a spot id be late and they wouldnt see me. The receptionist appt line was tremendously rude and after me expressing my frustration from the whole escapade they said thats your opinion and they hoped we didnt come back to their hospital for a follow up and the proceeds to put the phone down.
I have had my baby here and been a patient and had many great experiences with DRs and Midwifery staff. The cafe is great but the parking and the scheduling appts to accommodate the parking is well disappointing.
"Horrible expierence"
