I was well listened to: I felt I have someone to talk about my problems, who understood me. It felt like a friendly chat. It made me realise something that I was somewhat conscious of, but not fully. It confirmed my suspicions. My psychologist decided that I need a different sort of help because the one I was getting was not what best suited me, and she referred me to the right place. I’m looking forward to start a new course of treatment, tailored for me.
