"She put me at my ease"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I was a little apprehensive about my first appointment but the therapist was very pleasant and put me at my ease. She discussed the issues that concerned me and was able to give me strategies and coping mechanisms for me to take into the future.
