"Emergency call"

About: Lofthouse Surgery

Hi

I am a disabled gentleman I rang this morning and spoke to a member of staff I also made an appointment for my wife which I have a notification for. I randomly for help with a bad back which caused me to fall several times during the night and that I am unable to walk and I'm struggling to get out of bed yet alone down the stairs they sighed and asked if I could get a taxi or someone to drop me off even though I just explained I can't walk. I requested that a doctor ring me back because I was unable to get to the surgery myself or to possibly come out to me as I needed some sort of medication, for my back preferrably muscle relaxants. As I am already on high levels of painkillers nobody has contacted me back I have rung the pharmacy and nobody has passed anything onto them either I am really annoyed as I'm stuck in bed and the phone call system is useless and I'm still in pain and unable to move and I'm having difficulty contacting anyone. I have asked pharmacy to chase the doctor because contact is impossible I still need to see a doctor or have one at least ring me. I do not feel my condition is bad enough to ring 111 or 999 which is why I contacted the surgery this morning. I waited all morning and no one ever contacted me and I couldn't get through on the phone and no one responded to my email. So it looks like I'm going to have to ring for an ambulance even though I don't feel I need one but I have no choice.
