"Dedicated staff at Princess Royal Hospital"

I was admitted to ITU and then Pycombe ward for a severe chest infection from which I nearly died. My family was told I had a 10% chance of survival.

However the care and treatment I received on both wards was amazing. After waking from my coma I could not do a thing. The staff helped me so much, no grumbling when I (continually) asked for a drink. The nurses and physios helped me every day to grow stronger.

I can now do everything again - walk talk dress myself. The care was so amazing and the staff so dedicated. A BIG thank you to all staff on ITU and pycombe ward - they are outstanding.
