I recently visited the elective centre at Burnley General Hospital for a gallbladder removal operation, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, nurses and doctors for their care during my short overnight stay. They were all very helpful and made a tense situation very easy to deal with.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent surgery for gall bladder removal on the Elective Surgery Ward at Burnley General Teaching Hospital.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care you received during your overnight stay and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.
