"Horrible experience"

About: London Independent Hospital

I visited this hospital to be treated for an ingrown toenail.

First of all, the specialist is late for every appointment. It is very rare not to be waiting at least one hour for them to show up.

Secondly, they demonstrate no empathy or effort to authentically communicate with their patients. They pay more attention to the few folders on their desk, along their phone (which isn't on silent!).

Thirdly, I have had extensive and numerous consultations and guess what - I am still walking around with the same painful ingrown toenail. I am begging for surgery but the specialist sees no ''need''. Luckily, the amazing GP I have understands how urgently I need surgery and put me on the NHS waiting list straight away.

All in all, please do not come here for any podiatry! This hospital is a nightmare!
