My father was admitted by ambulance on Thursday afternoon (30.11.17) after becoming confused, agitated and ultimately unresponsive at his care home.
We cannot thank the ambulance staff, all staff on A and E and in the A and E ward enough. They treated my father with complete dignity and respect throughout his stay in hospital. All
His treatment was seamless with everything being clearly explained throughout. This all occurred at a time when they were clearly busy. It is comforting to know that we have such an excellent service in the NHS at a time when people in other countries have none or a lesser version of our NHS.
Thanks to all who helped my dad this week who has now returned to his home.
