"Appalling a&e"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

Appalling care in kids a&e. Nurse was lovely. Doctor was rude, arrogant and lacked people skills. After being sent from medocc to a&e, then to meddocc, then back to a&e, we had had enough. To top it off, the doctor spoke to me very rudely and saw everybody before us (The waiting room had cleared three times before we were seen) Just to clarify, I have a 2 week old new born who has already had a 6 night stay in hospital with suspected meningitis and definite infection. To leave a child waiting so long under them circumstances is disgusting.
