Magnificent hospital I’m from Loughborough and had to go as an emergency on 2nd November 2017 . They were so good lovely staff . Outstanding. Thank you for looking after me from me turning up at A&E to getting to a ward all in 20 minuets and an operation the next morning. Simple brilliant. Sarah McDougall .

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment you received in the A&E Department on the 2nd November at Heartlands Hospital.

I appreciate that it must have been very worrying for you, especially as was admitted as an emergency and so far from home.

Under the circumstances, I am pleased that you had such a positive patient experience and I do hope you are recovering well, following your surgery.

I will forward your posting to the senior management team for A&E and ask that it is shared with the staff.

I am sure the staff will be delighted to read your positive comments.
