"Thank you, western Eye Hospital A and E"

I went into the hospital A and E department full of trepidation and with a severe type one diabetic hypo! The staff could not have been kinder. I was impressed with the speed I was assessed in, the rigorous tests and the thoughtfulness of the doctor who told me my options and was very thorough and helpful. Despite the elderly buildings, I felt the people working there were doing a good job, possibly needing some repairs to their specialised equipment!.
