After years of having trouble breathing through my nose and being embarrassed about my snoring today i went to see a doctor who made me feel at ease and talked through possible ways to improve my breathing. I am really grateful as i have been very embarrassed about this and they were very understanding. I would like to say thank you to the doctor for not only doing their job but for doing it well.
