What could be improved
Level of accurate data from nursing staff to relatives(son) when asking about condition of
parent,in this case mother. When asked about father reply from nurse was " he isnt going to
die,if that is what you think, 9 days later died in your hospital! I fear lack of accurate information
relating to mother is heading in same direction.Currently in ward 6.
Anything else?
Greatest admiration for your doctors and consultants,you fail miserably in your "interface with
relatives,easily rectified no extra cost,just need proffessional management.!CommunicationConsultantsDoctorsNursing staff
