About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency Practice Plus

(as a parent/guardian),

My son is 2 and half and came down with a high temperature. I rang 111 and the lady on the other end was amazing. I requested a call back which I received within 10 minutes telling me I had an appointment at Northwick Park hospital. The doctor checked my son thoroughly and wanted a second opinion, she gave my son cal pol. We were sent to A and E, the staff were amazing, the nurse we saw was lovely.( wish I could remember their names) we saw the doctor and found out my son had a very sore throat that was why he had a high temperature. I can't express how grateful we were to the amazing staff. They were so caring. From the call I made to 111 to seeing the doctor, they were all very caring. Thank you very much .
