I attended ENT clinic. The audiologist fitted me with new hearing aids. They took plenty of time to demonstrate the aids, making sure that I was happy with them.
I was at another hospital/ENT service provider but I never felt satisfied with any care plan.
My GP referred and recommended that I go to Royal London, because my ENT provider moved to another borough. It would have been difficult to travel to the new health centre.
I was very pleased with ENT clinic, staff pleasant and no delays. I now have access to a “hearing aids drop in session “, if I have any problems. Before I had to wait for an appointment, sometimes up to a month.
