"Daycase Operation"

I am writing a review regarding the outstanding care I received from my Consultant and their team during both my Pre-Op Assesment and my Daycase Operation.

I had been backwards and forwards to my Doctors regarding digestive issues and when i finally had the ultrasound done Gallstones were found. On my first meeting with my Consultant they were caring, thorough in their approach and really took the time to listen. They gave me an informed opinion on the options I had regarding treatment for Gallstones I came to the conclusion that i needed to have the keyhole procedure to remove the Gallbladder.

On the mooring of the operation they came down and explained everything clearly and came back after the operation to given me an update on how it had gone.

The nursing team who cared for me were second to none and I am truly grateful for the wonderful work you all did.

In a world where people are quick to complain and sometimes with good reason I wanted to leave a positive review to say what a fantastic job you all did.

As silly as it sounds i had lost so much weight and could hardly eat anything by the time of my operation....you have truly given me a new lease of life.
