"My ‘A’ team."

About: Brooksby Day Hospital

(as a service user),

It was excellent. To talk about my concerns towards my walking was good. The exercises from the physio therapist really helped my legs. The occupational therapist came to my home to make sure everything was okay. The nurses listened and checked my blood pressure. I called them my ‘A’ team.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
