"I was made to feel welcome"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

I came in to the antenatal ward in october. The staff made me feel welcome from the start. Joanne is my midwife and she was brilliant and caring. My experience has been very nice. Thank you very much. It's been perfect.

It is always good to hear from women that have had a positive experience of our maternity service. Thank you for your lovely comments and taking the time to write them. I will let the antenatal ward team know that you were pleased with the care that they gave you. I will also let Joanne know that she was brilliant and caring.
