"The 999 service was prompt and very efficient"

(as the patient),

My husband who has previously had operations and was very ill had to dial 999 on three different occasions and the reception and quality of assistance was amazing.

During the last 999 call made, the co-ordinator stayed at the end of the line till the ambulance arrived. The service was prompt and very efficient.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience of our service.

I am pleased that we were able to provide you with reassurance during what must have been a stressful time for both you and your husband whilst you were waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Although you do not comment further on your husbands care I hope that all is now well.
