"Double DVT"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / DVT clinic

(as a relative),

On the 20th of January Ihad to take my mum to the DVT scanning clinic on Westbourne Ave in Hull. She was found to have a thrombosis at her Knee. Everything was explained so both mum and I understood just what was happening and what mum needed to do. Four days later I had to return this time with my wife. She had a thrombosis in her groin. Not only did my wife receive the same excellent treatment the nurse in charge remembered me.Both times we received first class and sympathetic care.

Thank you ‘barrie’ for taking the time to post such a complimentary opinion.

Our staff work hard to offer a professional and caring service which meets the needs of our local community. I am pleased that your two recent experiences of the DVT service have been so positive. I am also pleased that you felt you received excellent treatment on both occassions.

Your opinion and gratitude has been passed on to the staff within the DVT service who will be pleased to read such lovely comments.

We strive to continually improve our services and believe all feedback we receive is valuable, so thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.
