"I am totally satisfied by my consultant..."

What I liked

I was very impressed by the high professionalism of the staff I was in care and the exceptional dedication of one consultant in audiological medicine, that she arranged all sort of balance tests.

I suffer from a progressive unknown form of ataxia that started three years ago. The Consultant, despite my initial poor balance was of neurological cause, she took my case at heart and she wrote to my GP and some neurologists to review my case.

What could be improved
