What I liked

the staff at A+E were very friendly and i was treated with respect and dignity. I have visited this unit on numerous accassions and each time the service was impecable. The nurses are top class and the environment is very clean. The treatment I received on this occassion was first class as was the information given to me regarding after treatment and care following discharge.first rate

What could be improved

a longer waiting time so i can finish reading an article in the magazine from a very varaied library!!!!Waiting timesCleanlinessCommunicationDignityPatient careServiceEnvironmentNursing staff
