Took my daughter to the urgent care department today to be spoke to like I was a little kid the doctor who we seen was so abrupt I couldn’t believe the way they treated us came out of there no better of will never go back

Alex Cottrell, Operational Manager for Urgent Care, is very sorry to hear that you feel you were treated poorly on your attendance to the Urgent Care Centre at Trafford General Hospital. At Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust we expect all of our staff to adhere to the trust values, and this is something that we pride ourselves upon doing.
