I visited a specialist two days ago in respect of getting a 2nd opinion from a specialist and was glad to have met this doctor and their Specialist Nurse. Both were respectful and empathized with what I've been through, it was a dignified experience. Nursing Assistants put me at ease on arrival. I felt I could place my confidence in this doctor who exhibited ability to both communicate and give the impression that they had clear expertise. Clear English, appropriate manner. A good service. Wish more NHS senior doctors were like this.
