"Thank you doctor"

Hiya my name is called Toni. I never normally leave feed back, I don't really think to if I'm honest but I feel I couldn't not leave feed back after my appointment today. I had an appointment to have my implant removed (29/11/17) at 1.40. I was so extremely nervous, I had my partner with me and even still I was so scared. I was seen today by one of your doctors, can I please tell you that they are such an amazing credit to your work place! The doctor made me feel so comfortable and safe in their hands! They're kind, caring, understanding and honestly the best medical person I have seen since - well I don't even remember the last time I see someone like this doctor! We are always quick to leave feed back when something is bad but for some reason a lot of us forget to leave it when we have a brilliant experience! I saw this doctor before at the ware clinic, they put in my implant I had removed and that day I went there because I had an implant put it previously by another doctor in the Cheshunt clinic and it was put in the wrong part of my arm, tore through my tissue and was infected. The doctor's work time was finished and the doctor I originally saw at the ware clinic told me that my arm was absolutely normal; it was only by chance that this doctor's final patient of the evening was the walking out the door as I left the room I was in, the doctor I had seen first poped their head into this doctor's room and just asked them to have a look at my arm to reassure me it's normal. As soon as this doctor saw it they were actually really shocked and they saw to me instantly, now they didn't have to do this, their work day was over! But they did! I was so great full to this doctor then and I don't think I will ever forget them. When I saw it was this doctor that I was seeing today I was so happy. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate seeing someone so kind as this and that they really are 1 in a million and you're really lucky to have someone like them on your team! This doctor really goes way beyond their job role. It's instantly clear that they are in this job for all the right reasons and that they take pride in being the best they possibley can be. I honestly couldn't praise them enough! A big thank you to this doctor xx
