"Rubbish"

It is now Weds. I have been calling since 8am Monday for an appt. There are no appointments this week. I asked on Monday, as there were no appointments left for that day, could I have one for Tues. Told to call back at 8am. And have done each day since!! Line is constantly busy and by time they answer no appointments are left.Just looked surgery up on line, there is supposed to be a late surgery Tues?? I am a working person with a family and an auto immune health problem. I need antibiotics two days ago. I know the NHS are up against it but this is a joke. Staff seem to think people have nothing else to do but wait for a docs appointment when it suits the surgery!

I was given an appointment at another health centre for Sat. I think I just go to A and E, or a walk in, if I can find one!!

Next question asks when I visited surgery. Can't remember, can't get appointment.
