Extremely poor treatment, the staff don't care, we're just numbers. I've not been treated as an individual but put in a box with everyone else, no one is a cardboard cut out of someone else. Staff do not listen, or even try to understand. They're working with some of the most vulnerable people yet make me feel like it's all my fault I'm unwell and I'm continuously told that I need to move forward... No one can move forward with missing diagnosis, dismissive comments, weeks and months with no contact and no treatment. I get diagnosed with agoraphobia but they complain when I can't leave the house to attend an appointment!
They suggest I make friends, even though I have social anxiety and ptsd and am triggered by being around people. No understanding, no care at all.
"A non-service."
