Arrived on the endoscopy unit at 2 pm to be greated by a charming receptionist, very helpful and good at putting one at ease.
Met by a cheery nurse who guided me into the unit, putting me at ease and explaining everything clearly.
Everyone I had contact with was courteous and friendly.
The procedure was carried out with dignity and care and great expertise, II was kept in the picture throughout.
10/10 for the staff of the endoscopy unit !
