"No review done - patient locked in there for 7..."

A close relative of mine was dumped in this hospital by an adults services "care" manager. Cygnet got paid for 7 years to keep patient safe. But when patient inexplicably transferred to another Cygnet hospital, I discovered for 1st time she was "allowed to self harm" in there - consequently face & body are now covered in visible scars! Many unattended, weeping as "only E45 cream is allowed to be used by patient." Nobody bothered to ask why is this poor person doing this awful behavior? Every protest made by patient was ignored. For 7 years!!! Is that High quality care?
