So here’s my story, I’m a research patient and i have been so for almost a year what can I say I noticed some staffs being treated with no dignity, I have seen a member of staff working non stop from around the time they started to 3:30pm with no breaks or lunch, I had to give them my breakfast bar cause they almost fainted while testing me, even their co colleague a doctor brought them water cause they could see the member of staff was getting weaker, what’s more worrying is I made a complaint and wrote on the patient feedback which I hope is reaching where it needs to be but still can’t see improvements, as for my care I shall say it is simply one of the best, but sometimes seeing the sacrifices made by others is not fair, specially this member of staff who touched my heart, having worked as a Hr executive and retired now I would be really proud if they were my staff member but worried if my staffs were being so isolated and not being taken care of, in my observations I also noticed over the last 70 something weeks I have been attending that not a single of the managers or so called ( as we can see each of their photos on the wall ), they need to be on the ground helping and being in shoes of their staffs. Dear moorfield sort this out, get staffs treated fairly, as we patients also want to see happy smiling staffs.
"Very disappointed in how staffs get treated at..."
