"Just simply brilliant - Thank you"

I am contacting you today to say a huge thank you for the brilliant care my mum received when we came to Cardiology today for her appointment.

My dad explained to staff mum has leukaemia and was feeling really poorly today after the journey over to Castle Hill as she finds it really hard and the staff were an amaizing support, very quick and helpful and took great care of her.

The doctor was absolutely first class, so thorough, informative, professional, and explained everything perfectly.

Thank you so very much for today, every bit of compassion and empathy shown is hugely appreciated by us as our good days are something we cherish and this afternoon is a great afternoon because of the speed mum was assessed, she is now at home feeling much better rather than still in the car on the journey back. Thank you to a fantastic team.
