"Unexpectedly cancellation of ENT appointment..."

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

My wife was waiting for an appointment from end of july 2017 .She had a GP consultation for her ear pain(Which is unbearable) and was given an appointment on 13November2017 at 14.00.

We are waiting for appointment and possible treatment for sucking like pain in both the ear of my wife which is very painful.

Hospital had cancelled an appointment before a day (On Saturday 11 of Nov2017) someone had called from unknown number and left the message that your appointment is cancelled !!

I have tried to given contact number on appointment letter but none response was provided.

When I am writing this ,it is 2 week past but no new appointment was scheduled.

Thank you for making us aware of your concerns about your wife's proposed appointment in the ENT clinic.

I am sorry that her appointment for 13 November was cancelled at such short notice and that you have not been able to speak to anyone since about this being rescheduled.

Please do contact our PALS team on 020 8869 5118 who can help in obtaining an appointment for your wife.

Should you not be able to get straight through then please leave a message and a member of the PALS team will get back to you.
