"Ecelllent nursing care"

I was admitted in neurology ward 24 in January 2011. I had a slipped disc between lumber5 and sacral 1.I went in for surgery in January 2011.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses of this department, Words only cannot express my heart felt thanks.I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. We owe the doctors and nurses our lives as patients or as clients.

Because they deal with many patients, I know they cannot remember each and everyone of their former patients. I for one will always remember their sacrifice, dedication and smiles.

They perform these miracles inspite of being understaffed and overworking.I might not also remember these health care workers by their names but there are few names which I managed retain in my memory. People like mark, michelle, stacey, dr pal and dr craig.

I was discharged on the 12th of january 2011 via the physotherapy department.
